“Here Lies Love” – David Byrne and Fatboy Slim (feat. Florence Welch)
AND
“Manhattan Avenue” – Nellie McKay (could only find live version, sorry)
As for “Talk” by Woodhands, I can’t find it ANYWHERE, but trust me, it’s a neat, hard-edged electronica song with an interesting rhythm, and you should totally go track it down.  It’s from their album “Remorsecapades.”
