Zachary Quinto is probably most famous for his role as the murderous villain, Sylar, on NBC’s Heroes, although he also had roles on 24 and Tori Spelling’s VH1 series, So NoTORIous. Recently, he took over the role of Spock in the new Star Trek film. This year, he also became the only person in the history of the magazine to appear on the cover of Entertainment Weekly two weeks in a row.
Why He’s More Than Just Eye Candy: He displayed some guts taking over the iconic role of Spock, and played the role beside the original Spock, the legendary Leonard Nimoy. What’s more, he gave a terrific performance in the movie, which was his film debut. It’s not too surprising though: he graduated from the prestigious Carnegie Mellon School of Drama.
